Announcement of Absorption Merger of Sumitomo Heavy Industries Power Transmission & Controls Sales Co., Ltd.

We would like to announce that as of today, Sumitomo Heavy Industries Power Transmission & Controls Sales Co., Ltd., our wholly-owned subsidiary, has been absorbed and merged into our company. Sumitomo Heavy Industries Power Transmission & Controls Sales Co., Ltd. will continue to operate as the sales department of Sumitomo Heavy Industries, Ltd. PTC Division, at their existing locations. We will continue to provide sales support from these offices as before.
